Terms of Use

The ground rules for using Weather360 and Weather360 Premium, kept short and readable.

🤝The agreement

Weather360 is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. By using the app you agree to both. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

⛈About forecasts

Weather360 shows forecasts, radar, alerts and other information from third-party sources. Weather is uncertain, and this information can be late, incomplete or wrong. Summaries and tips written by Apple Intelligence are a convenience and can be imperfect.

Weather360 is not an emergency service. In dangerous weather, follow instructions from official sources such as your national weather service and local authorities. Don't rely on the app alone for decisions about safety, travel, boating or health.

⭐️Premium subscriptions

  • Weather360 Premium is offered as auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • With Family Sharing turned on, up to five family members can use Premium.
  • On Android, Premium is billed through Google Play and managed in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, under Google Play's terms and refund policy.

✅Using the app

Please don't misuse Weather360: don't try to disrupt our servers, reverse-engineer the service, or use its data to build a competing service. Features may change over time as we improve the app, and some depend on your device, iOS version or region.

⚖️Liability

To the extent the law allows, Weather360 is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for losses arising from reliance on forecasts, alerts or other information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your local consumer law.
